By purchasing from Mandi Made, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information

Each item is handmade and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish — this is part of the charm of slow-made jewellery.

Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or other secure payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in the event of pricing or listing errors.

3. Shipping

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside of our control once lodged with the carrier.

4. Returns & Faults

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, improper storage, or general wear and tear.
