Processing Time

All pieces are handmade and carefully packed within 3–5 business days.

During busy periods (new releases or Christmas), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: $11.15

Express Shipping: $14.65

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80

Free Express Shipping on orders over $150

Shipping rates are calculated after any discounts are applied.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

Standard: up to 10 business days

Express: typically 1–3 business days

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
