Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
All pieces are carefully inspected before being packaged or handed to customers at markets.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, rough handling, improper storage, or general wear and tear.
• Market purchases are considered final sale unless faulty at the time of purchase.
• Due to our travelling lifestyle, we are unable to offer ongoing repair services.
